1. Services
Brandemi provides AI-assisted marketing copy, brand identity vectors, downloadable creative assets and selected hosted landing pages. Output may require human review. Domain registration, video production, trademark clearance and Google Business Profile registration are not included.
2. Purchases and delivery
Package prices are shown in Indian rupees before checkout. After a confirmed captured payment, production is queued. Completion time may vary with API availability and hosting configuration. Deliverables are provided through your account.
3. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Users must provide lawful brand details, own or be entitled to use supplied names and content, and must not impersonate third parties. AI output may resemble existing work; you are responsible for reviewing originality, business claims and potential third-party rights before publishing.
4. Problems and refunds
Contact hello@brandemi.com with your project ID if a generation fails. An operator will review failed jobs, corrections and refund requests. Specify your final refund window, applicable consumer rights, cancellation terms and business legal identity before launch.
5. Limitation
Traffic, search rankings, leads and financial outcomes are not promised. Service availability depends on third-party API and payment providers. Specific limits and governing law require professional review before launch.
