Last updated: October 2026. This is a draft policy and must be reviewed and adapted to the operating business before taking live payments.
1. Data collected
We store your account name and email, password hash, brand creation brief, generated assets, order IDs and payment status. Payment card details are collected by Razorpay, not stored in Brandemi.
2. AI processing
Your brand name, industry, target audience and brief are sent to the configured OpenAI API for generation. Optional image generation sends relevant brand details if enabled by the operator.
3. Storage and visibility
Your account project data and downloadable asset packages are private. Completed hosted landing pages and any published business contact information are publicly accessible through their links. Server logs and third-party providers may process technical information.
4. Sharing and retention
Payment details are exchanged with Razorpay for order verification. Email delivery uses the configured SMTP provider. Contact hello@brandemi.com for account or data inquiries; specify your retention schedule, company address, hosting location and applicable rights before launch.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed. Authentication, CSRF controls and payment signature verification are implemented. No system can guarantee absolute security.
